Airport Drainage Canals:

Airport drainage canals including those indicated by the arrows below do not currently utilize retention ponds.  Retention ponds could effectively help to contain stormwater runoff onto airport property.  This is especially important in that these canals currently empty directly into Turnbull Bay, part of the Spruce Creek system, an Outstanding Florida Water.1
