The following links take you to official National Transportation Safety Board reports.

The 2 crashes on December 3, 1999 are actually the same event.  An Embry-Riddle training flight collided with a Phoenix East Aviation training flight resulting in 4 fatalities.

The crashes on December 13, 1998 and March 22, 1996 are especially relevant to citizens' concerns over the lengthening of runway 11-29.
